All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours upon reception of your order and upon stock availability. On Demand items are ordered from suppliers once you place your request online and are delivered upon stock availability with the brand/supplier.

·       Delivery of Electronics inside Doha (TV & appliances) big items is FREE OF CHARGE if your order value exceeds 500QAR.

·       Delivery of Electronics outside Doha (TV & appliances) items are chargeable by the supplier (amount vary between each supplier and it is paid by the customer during the delivery).

Once you do this, the quantity and associated subtotal amount will automatically change and reflect the correct amount for the quantity and the cart value.

Q. How do I get the copies of my invoices?

The order confirmation you have received by email is the document justifying your purchase. This document will be requested in case of refund/exchange along with the delivery note.

Q. How many years is the warranty of the Product?

Most of the electronics products are covered with one year warranty. However, there is no warranty on accessories like free items, batteries, chargers, brushes, hoses, etc.

Q. How can I purchase an extended warranty?

The extended warranty cannot be purchased separately. It can only be purchased together with a product. Once you add an item to your shopping cart, a pop up will appear to add this service to your purchase.

Q. What are your repair conditions?

There is no warranty without proof of purchase (order confirmation and delivery note). Any product requires a maximum of 15 days to be repaired, after that period; an exchange voucher or refund amounting the paid value will be given to the customer.

There is NO warranty on accessories (batteries, chargers, brushes, hoses …) Items subject to supplier home delivery like TV’s and big appliance are entitled to on-site maintenance in conjunction with our supplier services.
