Preparation and usage
For main courses: Take 6 Tiger prawns or pieces of fish, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup of white flour, Quaker Oats, salt & pepper. Coat the prawns. Coat the prawns or fish with flour then dip in the egg mixture. Sprinkle with Quaker Oats until fully covered. Season with salt & pepper then deep fry until golden brown. Or why not try Quaker OAts as a coating for fish-cakes or lamb as part of a breadcrumb & herb topping.
