Preparation and usage

Remove from the box Kantaifi and let it thaw well at room temperature for about 30 minutes/1hour. Remove a handful of kataifi (shredded dough) and loose by pulling gently stands with both hands working in opposite direction. Fill the dough the way you like. pre-heat the oven at 180-200C. Bake it till the dough turns gold or brownish.
