1.   How to order from Carrefour Qatar webstore?

You can order food and non-food from Carrefour Qatar website or application, which can be downloaded on the Apple store or Google Play.

Once the download is completed, select the country “QATAR” and click on “More” option at the bottom right of your screen, fill in your information and create or login to your digital MyCLUB account.

You can now fill out your cart by choosing from more than 13,000 items including fresh produce, beverages, home care items, and electronics.

The next step would be to choose a delivery slot and complete the payment with a credit card.

We are currently experiencing a high number of orders and the delivery slots for the next 3 days might be full. If this is the case, please come back the following day in the morning to check the release of new delivery slots. The items in your cart will be saved and you will only need to finalize the check-out process. We apologize for the inconvenience.

2.   How long does it take to deliver an order?

To better fulfill the high number of online orders, we have opened 6 delivery slots daily, for the next 3 days. Once we reach full capacity, the slots will be marked as full. The customer will then have to come back the following day, in the morning, to check for new slots openings. Rest assured, your cart will be saved and all you have to do is choose a delivery slot and complete the check-out process to finalize the order.

Please note all delivery slots are subject to availability and some products (especially electronics) are delivered directly by the manufacturer for a lead-time between 3 to 7 working days due to the actual situation.

3.   Is the delivery service free of charge?

The delivery is free of charge for any order worth 250 QAR or more.

The minimum order is 50 QAR and you will be charged 10 QAR if your total order is less than 250 QAR.

4.   Where is the delivery service available?

We deliver through Qatar Post to more than 150 neighbourhoods across Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal and Al Sheehaniya, please visit our delivery zones page.

5.   How do you handle the frozen and fresh products during the delivery?

All products are handled with the highest care from the moment they are picked up in store until it reaches your home. We store your order of fresh products in refrigerators, and frozen products are placed in freezers. These products are packed separately in refrigerated containers and the food is then delivered in refrigerated vans.

6.   How to cancel an order?

You have the possibility to cancel your order any time before it gets delivered. Simply click on the icon “More “ in the App, then on “Orders” and then click on “cancel order” button if the order status is still “in Progress”. The Cancellation option is only available on the App for the moment.

7.   I have cancelled my order after placing it but have received an SMS from my bank for being charged. When will you refund me and what should I do?

Not to worry, Carrefour has not charged you for your order. The bank has made a hold on your credit card for the value of your order. The total amount will be deducted once the order is delivered, reflecting only the products that have been received. In the event of an order cancellation, we will release the hold on your card, which will be reflected in your bank account.

For any failed or unsuccessful transaction, there is no refund process to go through. The amount will automatically be reversed into your bank account.

8.   My order had out of stock items; did you charge me for the full order amount.

We only charged you for the total amount of the products being delivered once they leave our warehouse.  In any credit card transaction, there is a reserve and a charge. Your bank will usually message you with the reserve amount immediately, which they keep aside until we charge you.

9.   Are the prices on the website similar to the ones in-store?

Store prices are guaranteed online: you are charged for the same price you would pay in store at the time of order.

10. What is your Returns and Refund policy?

Our return policy is 14 Days Exchange and/or Refund upon approval.
If for some reasons, you are not satisfied and you wish to return your purchase, you will need to reach our customer service on 8007323 or contact us on this page contact us. We will be happy to serve you or you can visit your nearest store.

The order confirmation and the delivery note are both mandatory for any refund or exchange to be proceeded
