Carefully follow the instructions: 1. Both sides of foil can be used . 2. Prevent cakes and roasts from burning . if food is cooking too quickly , cover in foil and continue cooking . 3. Wrap left overs in foil to prevent food from overcooking in the microwave.4. To prevent acing do not cover more than 1/3 of the food in foil and foil should be at least 2.5cm from the oven walls.5. Allow acidic foods or those high in salt(e.g. vinegar , lemon juice, tomato paste) to cool prior to covering with foil , salt and acid can attack foil causing discoloration and holes .6. Not recommended to cover stainless steel dishes with foil
