Preparation and usage

Take three coffee spoonfuls of cornflour and two tablespoonfuls of cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Add 228ml. Of boiling milk and return to the boil. Sweeten to taste. For children over one year old the mixture may be thickened by using milk instead of water in the preparatory stage
