Preparation and usage
1. Remove pastry from freezer and defrost for 60-90 min at room temperature while keeping it covered with piece of moist cloth (to prevent dryness). 2. Peel of pastry sheet according to cooking requirement. 3. Repack unused pastry and store in freezer.
