In the checkout process, you can enable/disable "Allow Substitute" for individual products or for all products eligible for this service.
When picking your order, if a product is out of stock and the "Allow Substitute" feature is enabled, the picker has the option of picking a substitute and delivering it.
In the event that the substituted product is more expensive, no extra amount will be charged.
