We are happy to assist you and manage all your requests for a return or exchange!
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the day you receive your item(s), only if the product is brand new, in a re-sellable condition and all the consumables & accessories are still sealed in all the packing. Based on that, an exchange or refund can be granted.
- For fresh and frozen food (i.e. perishable items) the return policy is valid for 24 hours only.
- Item(s) purchased on Carrefourqatar.com may be returned or exchanged either by pickup or directly in your nearest Carrefour hypermarket.
- Customer has to ensure that returned item(s) are supplemented with order confirmation, a copy of the delivery note along with all accessories, and free-of-charge gifts.
- If you have received an item(s) that is defective (e.g. delivered with ripped or missing parts or other damage) it may be returned for a replacement or full credit upon approval.

Please remember:
- The item(s) should be in its original and unopened packaging, along with the corresponding original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, and free gifts.
· In case the customer needs to make a refund to an item, the refund is to be made by the customer at the nearest Carrefour Hypermarket or the same store of purchase, after a confirmation from our after-sale team of receiving the item.
· In case the customer paid by credit card, the refund will be on the same credit card only.
· In case a customer lost the invoice, one can ask for a copy from our After-Sales team or contact us on 8007323, and the copy of the invoice will be sent by mail to the customer.

Fresh and Frozen Food 24 hours return and refund policy: From the time you receive fresh products, our return policy is valid for 24 hours.
Easy Returns and Exchanges: You can visit us in any Carrefour Hypermarket or the same store of purchase for items sold directly by Carrefour or one of its suppliers.
Get a refund: If the item is defective on delivery* (upon approval of after-sales service).

Can you pick up my item for refund?

We currently do not offer pick-up service, we kindly request that returns for small appliances and food items be brought to your nearest Carrefour Hypermarket, where our team will be happy to assist you with the return process.
